  • Which academic year’s faculty undergraduate programs file (together with course syllabi and

    • The faculty undergraduate programs file for the current academic year is required. However, documents for the last two years should be submitted if deemed necessary by the visiting team.
  • Can the Bologna Process form replace the Course Curriculum Form?

    • The Bologna Process form can replace the Course Curriculum Form. However, they should be in the same format.
  • Which academic year’s student project examples should be made available?

    • Student project examples from the current academic year should be made available. In addition, examples from the last two years should be submitted upon request. (In place of these samples, audiovisual evidence showing live events, teaching staff, students, and activities can be used.)
  • Can the web address of the Course Catalog replace the catalog?

    • Yes, it can.
  • Which academic year’s evaluation methods are required?

    • Examples of the implementation of evaluation methods from the current academic year are required. In addition, examples from the last two years should be submitted upon request.
  • Which academic year’s list of teaching staff and auxiliary staff of the evaluated programs is

    • The list of teaching staff for the current academic year is required. However, examples from previous years should be provided if requested by the visiting team. These requirements also apply to the documents showing the teaching load and other duties of teaching staff. 
  • Can the teaching load form of the university replace the Teaching Load Form provided by EPDAD if bot

    • The teaching load form of the university can be used. Having a standard form will facilitate the process for evaluators.
  • Which year’s documents of the expenses made by the faculty related to professional development

    • The last three years’ documents are required.
  • Which academic year’s documents and correspondence about activities are required?

  • The last two years’ documents and correspondence about activities are required.

  • A list and examples of research projects carried out by the teaching staff in the last two years

  • Documents or correspondence about the activities carried out by the teaching staff in practice schoo

  • Tables of the ÖSS (SSE) base and ceiling points of each program for the last three years

  • Documents about the academic consultancy and guidance services of the faculty or the university

  • Academic and social events held or attended by students in the previous year

  • List of extracurricular activities of students

  • The policy of the faculty on the ion of practice schools
