Reports and accreditation decisions prepared for teacher training programmes undergoing external evaluation by EFAK for accreditation are open to appeal.
The EFAK Appeals and Complaints Commission Guidelines explain in detail how the institutions running the programmes can exercise this right.
As an organisation, our aim is to achieve excellence by maximising the level of reliability and consistency in the programme evaluation and accreditation processes we carry out. Continuous improvement, one of the fundamental components of quality assurance, is our strategic and ongoing goal. By following the PDCA cycle, we are improving the quality of our services every day.
However, we have not yet achieved perfection. In order to achieve this, it is very important to identify areas for improvement in our services. We need your contributions in this regard.
