2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR ACCREDITATION EVALUATION FEES AND PAYMENTS

Accreditation Fees

The accreditation fees to be charged for each programme to be evaluated in the 2025-2026 period are given in the table below.

• ⁽¹⁾ Evaluation of programmes to be evaluated for the first time or programmes with accreditation that are generally evaluated every five years
• ⁽²⁾ Evaluation of programmes that have been granted short-term accreditation as a result of a previous general evaluation

Payment Schedule

The accreditation fees to be paid by institutions whose programs will undergo General or Interim Evaluation in the 2025-2026 period;

• 20% upon review and approval of the initial application and preparation of the required documents, in May-June 2025,
• 50% following the review of the self-evaluation reports, in September-October 2025,
• and the remaining 30% will be collected in November-December 2025 for programmes with evaluation visits scheduled for the autumn semester, and in November-December 2025 for programmes with evaluation visits scheduled for the spring semester.

* For programmes undergoing ‘Interim Evaluation with Report,’ the payment will be collected after the ‘Explanation of Shortcomings’ document is sent to the institution.

* Payments represent the total fee for three separate services provided at different stages of the process: (1) Accreditation Application Preliminary Review, (2) Self-Assessment Report Preliminary Evaluation, and (3) Accreditation Evaluation. Payments made for programs whose applications are withdrawn by the institution at any stage or whose accreditation process is terminated by EPDAD will not be refunded to the institution.
