EPDAD - Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Teacher Education Programs
Appeal and Complaint
07 January 2022 Friday

Our esteemed Stakeholder,
Reports and accreditation decisions prepared for teacher education programs, that are externally
evaluated by EFAK for accreditation purposes, are open to objection. How the institutions running
the program can use these rights is explained in detail in the EFAK Appeals and Complaints
Commission Directive.
Our founding purpose is to achieve excellence by improving the level of reliability and consistency in
the program evaluation and accreditation processes to the highest possible level. Continuous
improvement, one of the basic components of quality assurance, is our strategic and indefinite goal.
Owing to the work that we carry out by following the PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act), we
continuously improve the quality of the services we provide.
However, we have not yet achieved perfection. To achieve this, it is essential to know the
weaknesses in the services we provide. We need your contributions in this regard.
For this purpose:
• We kindly ask you, as our external stakeholders, to inform us of any deficiencies you observe in our
services,
• to report us those who cause these disruptions,
• please use your appealing right, if you think that the reports prepared and the decisions taken are
incorrect,
Your appeals and complaints will be answered within the legal period in accordance with the Appeals
and Complaints Commission Directive.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation and contributions.
